•5 Tbsp butter
•1/3 cup brown sugar
•3/4 cup corn syrup
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/3 cup Brown Habit Brown Ale
•1 tsp vanilla
•3 eggs, lightly beaten
•2 cups pecans Directions: •Roll out the pie dough and shape to 8″ pan & poke holes in bottom of crust.
•Place in freezer for 20-25 minutes, or until very firm.
•Line pie shell with parchment paper and fill with rice or pie weights.
