To work in our taproom, we require that everyone is Cicerone Beer Server certified. Anyone that touches, sells, or serves has taken the test and has this certification. This test goes through proper beer care, beer styles, and the serving process to name a few things. There are four levels to this certification. We currently have three people working towards the second level of this certification and becoming Cicerone Certified.
