Everything is peachy keen at #FSBCo🍑 It’s finally here! Peach Hefeweizen is BACK on tap this week!🙌🏻 To celebrate, we wanted to give you a little behind the beer: Though extremely similar, this Hefeweizen recipe is not the same as our beloved Hedrick’s Hefeweizen! 🤯 Our Peach Hefe has a lower wheat percentage, more malt and an overall higher ABV percentage! By using a different German hefe yeast strain, we get less of our well-known banana & clove notes and more of the peach & vanilla notes!🤤🤤 This summer time favorite is made with over 400 pounds of fresh peaches from Millstone Creek Orchards and hand processed by our staff!👏🏻 We’ll see you soon! 😉
