Named after the famous ‘Curva Sud’ at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, their Italian-style Pilsner is inspired by the enigmatic Tipopils. This obscure approach to pilsners differs from traditions in a few key ways. First, the fermentation temperature is held a little warmer than in the German tradition, leading to an increase in fruity esther production. Most importantly, the beer is delicately dry-hopped, something that was strictly forbidden under the Reinheitsgebot purity law until recently. They packed theirs with noble Tettnanger hops, lending a subtle herbal hop character to this crisp, super crushable pilsner.
