We first wanted to do a Berliner Weiss (cloudy sour beer with low abc, tart). So we came up with something like a Hawaiian Punch. Rich came up with design. But this time we added a few new fruits; apricots, pink guava, cara cara orange, passionfruit, pineapple, and raspberry!
