Today the restrictions to on premise alcohol sales will be loosened a bit, allowing on premise alcohol sales to continue until 11 pm. This is a positive change and we are thrilled to see it happening. Hopefully, we will be back to scenes like this with the bar stools back and the tables filled with your laughter and good will.

That being said, #FSBCo is holding off on extending our hours until next week, starting on March 4th. While this may disappoint some out there, we get it. But, like we do all things here, we want to make sure we do it right. That includes making sure our staff has had time to adjust their schedules and we review some policies we haven’t had to think about since December 18th. Doing things well supersedes doing things fast or simply because we can. We hope you understand and we look forward to pouring you some Great Beer for Great People soon.
